瑪利亞，教會之母，通往聖善的途徑

今天是五旬節後星期一，我們慶祝榮福童貞瑪利亞，教會之母的紀念日。這個榮銜讓我們想到一件令我們備感安慰的事：耶穌沒有使我們成為孤兒。祂在十字架上，不僅把瑪利亞託付給若望，祂也把瑪利亞託付給我們所有人。她是教會之母，也是我們每個人的母親。

這不是一個新的榮銜。這是教宗聖保祿六世在梵蒂岡第二屆大公議期間宣佈的榮銜。教宗聖若望保祿二世也以這個榮銜推動對聖母瑪利亞的敬禮。但是，在2018年，這成了一個禮儀日，根植于一個美麗的真理：教會誕生的時候，她的母親也在場 —— 她沉默，虔敬，勇敢，與宗徒們一起在樓房。

瑪利亞甚至站在十字架旁。她並沒有因為痛苦而逃走。她站在十字架旁。這就是母親的作為。她留下，始終堅持，抱有希望。即使看似失去一切，她依然堅持。

我們從她身上學會了教會的形成：教會不是一個封閉的團體，也不是一個令人生畏的避難所，教會是一個促進修好，福傳性質的團體。每當我們想要退出，想要專注於自己，想要維護教會，而非藉教會福傳，那時候，瑪利亞就會對我們說：去！愛！服務！相信聖神！

她幫助我們活出真福的福音 —— 不是作為一種理論，而是作為一條道路。成聖不是大的動作。這與每天所走的每一小步休戚相關，就是要使自己變得神貧，變得溫良，變得仁慈，使自己心地變得純潔。聖人，尤其是“在我們隔壁的聖人”，就是我們的親人，他們正鼓勵我們。

因此，今天，讓我們瑪利亞，教會之母同行，一起走向我們真正的家。她是上天之門，如今，她與我們同行，她教導我們，引導我們，時機成熟的時候，她就接引我們回家。

Mary, Mother of the Church and the path to holiness

Today, the Monday after Pentecost, we celebrate the Memorial of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of the Church — a title that reminds us of something deeply consoling: Jesus did not leave us orphans. From the Cross, he entrusted Mary not only to John, but to all of us. She is Mother of the Church, Mother of each of us.

This is not a new title. Saint Pope Paul VI proclaimed it at the Second Vatican Council. Saint John Paul II encouraged devotion to Mary under this name. But in 2018, it became a liturgical celebration, rooted in a beautiful truth: on the day the Church was born, her Mother was already present — silent, prayerful, courageous, gathered with the Apostles in the Upper Room.

Mary stands at the foot of every cross. She doesn’t run away from pain. She stands. And that is what a mother does. She stays. She holds. She hopes. She believes — even when all seems lost.

From her we learn how to be Church: not a closed group or fearful refuge, but a reconciled, missionary community. When we are tempted to withdraw, to focus on ourselves, to become a Church of maintenance rather than mission, Mary tells us: go! love! serve! trust the Spirit!

She helps us live the Gospel of the Beatitudes — not as a theory, but as a path. Holiness is not about big gestures. It is about the little steps of every day — being poor in spirit, meek, merciful, pure in heart. The saints, especially the “next door saints,” our loved ones, are cheering us on.

So today, let us walk with Mary, Mother of the Church, toward our true home. She who is the Gate of Heaven now walks beside us — to teach us, guide us, and, when the time comes, to welcome us home.

今天，我們慶祝五旬主日，這是一個盛大的慶節，這個節日是為了紀念聖神首次降臨在教會內，使教會的恐懼中誕生，在愛火內重生。福音經文帶領我們回到復活節的晚上，回到那個樓房，門徒們被恐懼和懷疑所束縛，耶穌就在那裡，站在他們中間。

祂說的第一句話，並不是責備，而是憐憫：“願你們平安。”這不只是問候，這些都是原諒的話。這些話聚集了一群四散的門徒，先前，他們拋棄了祂，祂使他們再次成為一個團體。這是一個與祂修好，準備好完成使命的團體。因為哪裡沒有寬恕，哪裡就沒有使命，在那裡有的，只有分裂，惋惜，懷念那一去不復返的往事。可是，耶穌並不是住在過去。祂派我們前行：“正如父派遣了我，我也同樣派遣你們。”

然後，發生了一件非同尋常的事：耶穌在他們身上吹氣，說：“領受聖神吧。”這口氣就是聖神，祂改變了一切。祂燒盡了恐懼，點燃了愛的火焰。這不是猛烈的火焰，而是溫柔的火焰。是接納弱小者，窮人和被遺忘的人的火。聖神派遣我們出去，賜給我們勇氣，使我們離開安逸，自我封閉的圈子，我們的樓房。

親愛的朋友，我們每個人城領受洗禮和堅振的時候，都領受了聖神。祂的恩典 —— 智慧，勇毅，喜樂 —— 與祂同在。聖神並沒有讓我們懼怕天主。不！祂賜給神聖的法律，使我們驚訝地意識到：祂對我們的愛，不可估量。

讓我們看看聖母瑪利亞，她是教會之母，也是傳教之母。在五旬節的時候，她也在場。願她幫助我們不要閉關自守，而是滿懷喜樂之情走出去，把聖神的火焰帶到世界。亞孟。

Pentecost Sunday
John 20: 19-23
“Receive the Holy Spirit”

Today we celebrate the great feast of Pentecost — the memory of that first outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the Church, born in fear and reborn in fire. The Gospel takes us back to Easter evening, to the Upper Room, where the disciples had locked themselves in, gripped by fear and doubt. And there — precisely there — Jesus comes and stands among them.

His first words are not of reproach, but of mercy: “Peace be with you.” This is not just a greeting. These are words that forgive. Words that gather up a scattered group of disciples, who had abandoned Him, and make them a community again. A reconciled community, ready for mission. Because where there is no forgiveness, there is no mission — only division, regrets, and nostalgia for a past that cannot return. But Jesus doesn’t dwell in the past. He sends us forward: “As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”

Then something extraordinary happens: Jesus breathes on them and says, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” That breath, that Spirit, transforms everything. It burns away fear and lights a fire of love. It is not a harsh fire, but one of tenderness — a fire that prefers the little ones, the poor, the forgotten. It is the Spirit that sends us out, that gives us courage to leave behind our comforts, our closed circles, our “Upper Rooms.”

Dear friends, each of us has received this Spirit in Baptism and Confirmation. And with Him, His gifts — wisdom, courage, joy. The Holy Spirit does not make us afraid of God. No! He gives us holy fear — the awe of knowing we are loved beyond measure.

Let us look to Mary, Mother of the Church and Mother of mission. She was there at Pentecost. May she help us not to stay closed in, but to go out with joy, bringing the fire of the Spirit to the world.

在若望福音的結尾，我們聽到耶穌要求伯多祿：“你跟隨我。”這是一個對人發出的溫柔堅定的邀請。伯多祿和我們一樣，很想環顧四周，向耶穌提問：“那他呢？”耶穌改變了他的視角，耶穌對他說：“那你呢？你跟隨我。”這就是門徒要走的道路，不是去比較，不是去競爭，而是在我們每人的獨特旅途中跟隨耶穌。

我們時常把精力浪費在觀看別人，衡量別人，評斷別人，嫉妒別人。這削弱了我們的平安，我們的喜樂。耶穌邀請我們不要關心別人的心，而是關注祂滿懷慈愛給我們寫就的道路。讓我們不要陷入攀比的誘惑，不要過多關注別人的生活，以致忽視了自己的心。

然後就是日常八卦的噪音，這給我們造成極大的傷害！背後竊竊私議，無情的評判 …… 這些傷害了團體和人心。今天，讓我們向天主祈求和平之神，好使我們能不在謠言中尋找喜樂，而是在真理中尋找喜樂。流言蜚語終會消逝，天主的愛卻是永恆的。

最後，我鼓勵鼓勵你們：寫作。寫下生活中天主令你感動的瞬間。要記得天主賞賜給你的恩典，聖神的低語，你深深被愛的瞬間。這些都不是幻想，是你與永生天主相遇的時刻。寫作能幫助我們理解，我們的生命，就是在天主手中的神聖故事。

因此，今天，再聽一次耶穌的聲音：“你跟隨我。”而不是追隨別人的道路。這是你的道路。同樣，你要滿懷喜樂，平安的感激之情，與那在你身邊的天主同行。

Saturday of the Seventh Week of Easter
John 21:20-25
You Follow Me

At the end of the Gospel of John, we hear Jesus ask Peter, “You follow me.” It is a gentle but firm invitation—a personal call. Peter, like all of us, is tempted to look around, to ask, “What about him?” But Jesus redirects his gaze: “What is that to you? You follow me.” This is the path of discipleship—not to compare, not to compete, but to follow Jesus in the uniqueness of our own journey.

How often we waste energy looking at others—measuring, judging, envying. This robs us of peace and joy. Jesus invites us to focus not on others’ stories, but on the path He has lovingly written for each of us. Let us not fall into the temptation of always comparing, or of being so preoccupied with others’ lives that we neglect our own hearts.

And then, the daily noise of gossip—how much damage it causes! Words whispered behind backs, judgments passed without mercy… These things wound communities and souls. Let us ask the Lord today for a spirit of peace, that we may find joy not in rumors, but in truth. Gossip fades. The love of God endures.

Finally, I encourage you: write. Write down the moments where God has touched your life. Remember the graces, the silent whispers of the Holy Spirit, the times you felt deeply loved. These are not fantasies—they are encounters with the living God. Writing helps us to see that our life is a sacred story in God’s hands.

So today, hear Jesus’ voice anew: “You follow me.” Not someone else’s path. Yours. And do so with joy, with peace, and with gratitude for the God who walks beside you.

你比他們更愛我嗎？

今天的彌撒福音核心，是一個簡單而深刻的問題，那時候，耶穌問伯多祿說：“你比他們更愛我嗎？”這不是一個責備的問題，而是愛的問題。耶穌沒有提醒伯多祿的過錯，他三次否認祂。祂反而指給他一條修復之路 —— 藉著愛修復關係。只有愛才能重建那破碎的關係。只有愛才成為使我們成為真正的門徒，並使我們忠於牧者。

伯多祿因過去的事而謙遜，他只能回答說：“主，禰知道一切；禰知道我愛禰。”為耶穌而言，這足夠了。祂委託伯多祿照料自己的羊群 —— 不是因為伯多祿是成全的，而是因為他已經得到了寬恕，他已經學會了去愛。

這就是基督徒職份的基礎 —— 憑藉的，不是權力，不是威望，而是愛。不論是在教會內，在家庭裡，還是在世界上，想要成為一個牧者，就是先得到基督對我們的愛，然後再以我們的愛還報祂的愛。這愛必須滲入到服務中：使饑餓的人得到飽飫，照料受傷的人，與弱者同行，領回迷失的人。

伯多祿的旅途提醒我們：失敗總不能在我們身上下定論。如果我們有虛心接受和重新開始的勇氣，上主就時常給我們另一次機會。即使是在我們最糟糕的時刻，耶穌常與我們同行，祂不是向我們要求解釋，而是要求我們去愛祂。

讓我們再聽一次祂的聲音：“你愛我嗎？”讓我們不只用語言回答，而是要傾盡一生，去服務，去憐憫，忠信於祂。

願聖神賜給我們這樣的恩典 —— 愛耶穌勝過一切，通過彼此擔待，表達這愛。亞孟。
