福音：路12:8-12
在一个充满敌意的世界为基督作证

在今天的福音经文，耶稣为自己的门徒将受的试探做准备，敦促他们在即使受到迫害，也要保持忠信。这个讯息，在当今的世界，依旧引起强烈的共鸣，在这个世界，许多人在个体，社会和全球化的挑战中，因着信仰，备受斗争。从战争到道德混乱，基督徒经常在自己信仰的问题上作出妥协。然而，耶稣的话提醒我们：即使我们面对困难，也要对自己的圣召，坚定不移。

耶稣谈到两种罪：干犯人子的言语，能得到宽恕的罪，亵渎圣神，不能被宽恕的罪。“亵渎”是对天主恩典的蓄意，持久的拒绝 —— 虽然知道真理，却拒绝相信。人虽软弱，有如伯多禄一样，否认基督，当他遇到基督，表示悔改的时候，可以得到宽免，但是，一颗持久拒绝天主怜悯的心，无法得到宽恕。

路加福音反映了初期教会在遭受迫害的时候，因持守信仰，艰难行进。今天，在一个越来越对基督徒价值观充满敌意的世界，我们也面对相同的挑战。我们都经受公众的压力，每人都会经受挑战，但是，我们蒙召为基督作证，不单要藉着言语为基督作证，也要通过我们的生活方式，为基督作见证。

耶稣对我们表示质疑：我们在生活中，是否甘愿承认祂是主？我们的对话，邮件，社交媒体上发布的内容，是否反映出我们的信仰？我们是否在充满噪声的世界，以我们的言语，光荣天主？正如圣路加提醒我们的那样：我们每天都要为基督作证，当我们在抵制福音讯息的世界中航行的时候，要始终相信天主的眷顾。

今天，教會慶祝聖史路加的慶日。按照教會的傳統，聖路加是醫生，也是藝術家，有人認為是他繪製了聖母瑪利亞的形象。然而，最真實的聖母形象，出現在他的福音書中。路加在天使報喜（Annunciation），聖母訪親（Visitation），謝主曲（Magnificat），耶穌誕生（Nativity），獻嬰孩耶穌於聖殿（the Presentation of baby Jesus in the temple），在納匝肋家中的生活，耶穌在聖殿走失，五旬主日的場景中，詳細描述了瑪利亞在信仰上的生活，以此幫助我們理解她在天主神聖的救贖計畫中扮演的角色。

路加的作品，體現在兩幅大畫布上：福音，描繪了耶穌的生活和目的，宗徒大事錄，生動描繪了初期教會的生活和使命。這兩者都展示了天主的計畫，以及天主是如何通過聖神開展工作的。

今天的福音體現了耶穌派遣七十門徒， 數位70，在聖經中具有象徵意涵。天主要求梅瑟給以色列營地揀選民長的時候，梅瑟就揀選了70人。猶太宗教領袖的最高議會，公議會，也是由70人組成的。因此，70門徒所代表的就是耶穌的新團體的領袖，他們受託向全世界傳播福音的使命。

這項使命，僅憑一人，不能完成。耶穌派遣自己的門徒結伴出行，強調在傳播福音方面，團體和相互協作的重要性。然而，首個任務，並不是宣講或醫治，而是祈禱 ——祈求上主（莊稼的主人）派遣工作收割自己的莊稼。

祈禱能幫助我們抵抗系於源自物質的誘惑，使我們相信天主的眷顧。

Luke 10: 1-9
Feast of Evangelist St. Luke

Today, the Church celebrates the Feast of St. Luke the Evangelist. According to a pious tradition, St. Luke, a physician and artist, is believed to have painted the image of Mary, the Virgin Mother. However, Luke’s most authentic portrait of the Blessed Mother emerges from the pages of his Gospel. In those scenes of the Annunciation, the Visitation and the Magnificat, the Nativity, the Presentation of baby Jesus in the temple, life in the home of Nazareth, Jesus being lost in the temple, and the Pentecost – Luke draws a detailed picture of Mary’s life in faith, helping us to understand her role in God’s divine plan of salvation.

Luke’s work is a masterpiece on two grand canvases: the Gospel, which depicts the life and purpose of Jesus, and the Acts of the Apostles, a vivid portrayal of the early Church’s life and mission. Both show how God’s plan unfolds through the work of the Holy Spirit.

Today’s Gospel features Jesus sending out 70 disciples, and the number 70 holds symbolic significance in the Biblical context. When God tasked Moses with selecting leaders for the Israel camp, 70 individuals were chosen. The Sanhedrin, the highest council of Jewish religious leaders, comprised 70 members. Therefore, the 70 disciples represent the leadership of Jesus’ new community entrusted with the mission to spread the Good News to the world.

This mission cannot be done alone. Jesus sends his disciples in pairs, emphasizing the importance of community and mutual support in spreading the Gospel. However, their first mission is not about preaching or healing but praying— “to the Lord of the harvest to send workers to his harvest.”

Prayer helps us resist the temptation to depend on material resources but trust in God’s providence.

今天的福音經文顯示了耶穌和宗教領袖之間日漸緊張的關係。耶穌大膽揭露了他們的偽善，指責他們在言語上尊重先知，但在行動上拒絕天主的的訊息。現在，他們如同他們的祖先那樣迫害先知那樣，試圖殺死耶穌，這表明他們的內心，沒有絲毫改變。

這樣的沖突突顯一個逐漸展現出來的更深層次的事實：耶穌的苦難和十字架酷刑。我們作為基督徒，我們知道，基督的道路包括踏上自作犧牲的道路，如同先知們所做的一樣。路加提醒我們：教會的使命與基督的使命密不可分 —— 這個使命不可避免地導致苦難和迫害。

法利賽人精通《法律書》（Torah），即“智慧的鑰匙” —— 梅瑟五書（Pentateuch）， 他們把自己看作是真理的守護者。然而，他們歪曲天主的訊息，使信仰成了他人的負擔。耶穌的批評不只是針對他們，也對我們當今的時代產生共鳴。我們作為領導人，老師， 甚至作父母的，是否過於強調福音的規則，而非強調福音的愛？我們是否活出我們宣傳的福音，我們是否使那些我們蒙召去服務的人，無法接觸到福音？

基督所受的迫害，並沒有以祂被釘在十字架上告終。迫害與宗徒和初期教會相隨，直到現在，依舊延續。我們必須問問自己：我們是否向世界，特別向年輕一代顯示天主的仁慈，天主的慈顏？還是我們如同法利賽人一樣，怠於宣講有關天主愛和寬恕的真實資訊？讓我們真正反思召叫我們成為真正門徒的聖召。

Luke 11: 47 – 54
The danger of preaching the wrong Gospel

Today’s Gospel shows the rising tension between Jesus and the religious leaders. Jesus boldly calls out their hypocrisy—accusing them of honouring the prophets in word but rejecting God’s messengers in action. Just as their ancestors persecuted the prophets, they now seek to kill Jesus, showing their hearts remain unchanged.

This conflict highlights a deeper reality that would soon unfold: Jesus’ suffering and crucifixion. As Christians, we know the way of Christ involves walking the path of sacrifice, just as the prophets did. Luke reminds us that the mission of the Church is inseparable from the mission of Christ—a mission that inevitably leads to hardship and persecution.

The Pharisees, with their proficiency in the Torah, the “key of knowledge” – the Pentateuch – saw themselves as guardians of truth. Yet, they distorted God’s message, making faith a burden for others. Jesus’ critique is not just for them—it echoes for us today. Are we, as leaders, teachers, or even parents, making the Gospel more about rules than love? Are we living the Gospel we preach, or have we made it inaccessible to those we are called to serve?

The persecution of Christ didn’t end with His crucifixion. It continued with the apostles and the early Church, and it persists even now. We must ask ourselves: are we helping to reveal God’s merciful, loving face to the world, especially to the younger generation? Or have we, like the Pharisees, failed to communicate God’s true message of love and forgiveness? Let us reflect deeply on this call to authentic discipleship.

实践你教导的一切

我们继续诵读圣路加福音第11章，耶稣继续批评法利赛人。法利赛人强调要一丝不苟的遵循梅瑟的法律，他们认为：为虔诚的犹太人而言，遵循几个世纪以来累积下来的众多传统，至关重要。

耶稣对宗教领袖表示了自己的沮丧和强烈反对，他们教导歪曲的教义，向追随他们的人歪曲了天主的真实本性。这些宗教领袖强调要遵守宗教礼仪，遵守安息日和什一奉献的重要性，他们认为这样能安抚天主，使自己免受天主的惩罚，却不专注于耶稣所宣讲的爱， 怜悯和公道的核心原则。

即使是在我们的时代，这个说法依旧熟悉，有些人依然相信天主是惩罚人的天主。他们认为：坚守传统和礼仪是他们在教会内生活的重要组成部分。甚至有一些领导人，他们更多是关注和保守传统和礼仪，而非领导大家对基督和彼此有更深刻的爱。宗教传统和礼仪，绝不能以牺牲耶稣的最大诫命为代价，最大的诫命就是：爱天主和爱近人。

耶稣对那些渴望得到关注和权利的法利赛人予以谴责。即使现在，一些教会领袖也希望得到同等程度的尊重。但是，仅凭习惯，不能造就会士，罗马领，司铎，冠冕和主教职。在祝圣执事的礼仪中，主教都会给那些受祝圣成为执事的人一个非常重要的提示：“教导你相信的，实践你教导的。”

Luke 11: 42- 46
Practice what you teach

We continue to read from Chapter 11 of St. Luke, where Jesus continues his criticism of the Pharisees. The Pharisees emphasized the meticulous observance of the Law of Moses and believed that following the numerous traditions accumulated over the centuries was essential for a devout Jew.

Jesus expressed frustration and strong disapproval towards religious leaders who were teaching a distorted catechism and misrepresenting the true nature of God to their followers. These leaders emphasized the importance of adhering to religious rituals, observing the Sabbath, and tithing as a means to appease God and avoid punishment, rather than focusing on the core principles of love, compassion, and justice that Jesus preached.

This sounds familiar even in our times as well. Even today, some people believe in a punishing God. Many people hold on to the observance of the traditions and rituals as a crucial part of their lives in the Church. Some leaders have even been more anxious aboutpreserving traditions and rituals than leading people to a more profound love of Christ and one another. Religious traditions and rituals should not be at the expense of the greatest commandment of Jesus: Love of God and love of neighbour.

Jesus condemns the Pharisees’ desire for attention and power. Even now, some Church leaders anticipate receiving the same level of respect. However, the habit alone does not make the monk, the Roman collar, the priest, the mitre, the bishop. In the rite of Ordination to the diaconate, the Bishop would give an all-important instruction to the one ordained as Deacon: ‘Believe what you read. Teach what you believe. Practise what you teach.’
